A Wrap Up on 2022
2022 may have been our busiest and best year yet, from garden transformations to award ceremonies, we have loved every second and look forward to what 2023 holds for Walker Landscape and Design. With so many stunning projects to reflect back on, we have rounded up a few of our favourite projects from 2022.
Chester, Cheshire
Our highlight of 2022 has to be our award-winning Chester project, we were honoured to receive the ‘Best Engineering Achievement’ in the 2022 Marshalls Register Awards.
Using Marshalls porcelain paving and composite deck to create a variety of textures and zones within this large Cheshire garden. The Marshalls paving is used throughout most of the outdoor living space in this project, with a darker composite deck used to define the swim spa area, this deck is also used against the bifold doors to the property.
The highlight of this outdoor living project has to be the outdoor kitchen area, fully kitted out with a Grillo modular kitchen, DeliVita pizza oven, outdoor TV and all covered with a stunning pergola finished in an dark grey colour in keeping with the kitchen and deck. In addition to the outdoor kitchen area, we also created two different gathering places, one covered seating area with modern fire-pit, and one open air zone with Grillo anvil.
This garden has been transformed into a luxurious and contemporary social space, perfect for any scenario, including family gatherings, pizza parties and romantic sundowner drinks in the swim spa.
Tattenall, Cheshire
Tattenall is another modern garden project from 2022, we are so pleased with the results from this one. Using a pergola we were able to create a sophisticated outdoor kitchen space to the side of the property to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor kitchen features Grillo modular units, outdoor TV and a DeliVita pizza oven to create a fully functional outdoor kitchen perfect for entertaining.
Comfortable furniture and a drinks ice well complete this hosting space to ensure the owners had the most enviable garden party set-up for their neighbours to be jealous of. To elevate this property to the very best we also installed London Stone paving throughout the back garden and created a beautiful gravel and brick driveway, complete with a brick wall leading to gates for total privacy.
WLD HQ
Walker Landscape and Design HQ is a 2022 project that we cannot wait to share with you on your visit to our showroom. Featuring a Solus fire-pit seating area for Love Island to be jealous of, our showroom is now the ultimate destination for outdoor living inspiration.
We have installed a Renson pergola and EO kitchen to show our customers just how versatile their gardens can be, plus one of our favourites – a DeliVita pizza oven.
For complete convenience, we have also added multiple samples of Millboard composite decking and Marshalls paving, as we know how important is it to see these gorgeous products in person to really appreciate their beauty and to help you decide which colour is best for your home.

Tatton Park Flower Show
Once again we loved combining a Renson pergola with a modular outdoor kitchen and with the WLD staple: a DeliVita pizza oven. We had to bring all our favourites to our display at the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park and loved showing it off to everyone that visited.
Oozing luxury with modern outdoor furniture and a luxury Proofvision outdoor TV, it was great to show visitors how achievable it is to transform any space into a contemporary outdoor living space. The ultra-high brightness and waterproof design of a Proofvision outdoor TV make them the perfect addition to an outdoor living space. Whether it is used for sporting events or children’s movies, we know the Proofvision range of outdoor TV’s are going to be a hit with our customers, so it was great to showcase this fantastic product.
2022 was a brilliant year for all of us here at Walker Landscape and Design.
