DELIVERY INFORMATION

Preparation for receipt of delivery for both Standard and WL&D Premium:

When contacted by Walker Landscape & Design to arrange delivery please:

• Confirm address details and leave a day-time telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary on the day of delivery.

• Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of the product.

• Someone will be required to assist with offloading of the product (standard delivery only).

• Someone will be required on delivery to accept delivery and show where the product is to be stored (WLD premium only).

• Please advise Walker Landscape & Design of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.

• Failure to be in and to sign for the product will result in re-delivery which may carry a charge.

• Walker Landscape & Design accept no responsibility of the product once delivered.

Standard:

• *4-5 working day delivery – Excluding North Scotland (AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA & PH postcodes) and Northern Ireland where an additional charge applies.

• Price includes VAT.

• We use Palletways Network to deliver our goods to you.

• All delivery dates are estimates and an exact delivery date will be confirmed by Palletways once order has been confirmed.

• Deliveries are usually made with an 18-26 tonne rigid lorry. Please ensure there is sufficient access for the lorry to pull up outside your delivery location. If access is not sufficient this could result in the product being left in the nearest possible location or returned which will be at a chargeable rate.

• The delivery is not on a hiab/crane.

• Delivery is to kerbside only.

• There will need to be someone present to accept delivery and assist with offloading.

• Palletways Network is limited to 15 minutes per drop off, for larger orders please ensure there is sufficient support to unload within 15 minute timeslot.

• For delivery this requires an even, level hard standing ground.

• If you order and we are unable to deliver due to delivery not being possible you will be charged for re-delivery.

• At our discretion we may be able to absorb some of the charges depending on the circumstances.

• Our standard delivery service are not made by our own wagons, and so a third party is used – Palletways. Walker Landscape & Design accept no responsibility in any delays to haulage.

• Deliveries are theoretically made to kerbside but the driver will generally try to accommodate as much as possible.

• Once your order has been placed you will be contacted and provided with an exact date of delivery.

• A signature is needed for delivery.

• We do not deliver to multiple addresses.

Walker Landscape & Design Premium:

• *4-5 working day delivery – Excluding North Scotland (AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA & PH postcodes) and Northern Ireland where an additional charge applies.

• Price includes VAT.

• Delivered and offloaded by Walker Landscape & Design trained employees.

• Offloaded to within 50m of kerbside to a safe and secure location of the customer’s choosing.

• For delivery this requires an even, level hard standing ground.

• Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

• Once your order has been placed you will be contacted and provided with an exact date of delivery.

• A signature is needed for delivery.

• We do not deliver to multiple addresses.
