The baths, plunges and tubs can be set anywhere from 0-10 degrees. Brass Monkey recommends that you should slowly get colder, rather than going straight to the coldest setting. If you have health conditions, please talk to your doctor before using.

No - you must leave it plugged in so that it is earth grounded all the time. Brass Monkey recommend plugging in your unit 1m away from the tub, in case you accidentally splash the plug socket.

The only difference between the two is the size of the tub. Both the Ice Bath and Ice Plunge by Brass Monkey use the same materials and components. The Ice Bath is modelled around a 5ft bath, while the Ice Plunge is wider and deeper for bigger people or a more immersive experience.

Every Brass Monkey unit has a 30-day guarantee that if you’re not happy, Brass Monkey will take the unit back without any hassle or risk to you, as long as the unit is in the condition that they delivered it to you. If not then repairs will be deducted prior to refund.
The steel-work will last a lifetime and Brass Monkey guarantee if for 2 years, the components (compressor, filter, UV and electrics) are guaranteed for 2 years in line with the manufacturers who make those components. The external cladding is also guaranteed for 2 years, though the wood will require some minimal maintenance and will last many years, as wood should.

Yes, it will arrive on a pallet and in a protective transport cover.

Once turned on the Ice Bath default set temperature is 0.6. To get from tap water temperature down to 1-2 degrees will take around 24-36 hours the first time it is used. After this, the unit will retain its set temperature.
