  • Garden buildings make for incredibly versatile rooms, with our clients using their spaces for a variety of uses. You could use your garden building as a home office (increasingly popular since the Coronavirus pandemic) or a home gym, an outdoor bar or family room. Many also use their garden building as as work spaces such as yoga studios or dog-grooming facilities.

  • It varies, however we can break it down into the below. Upon consultation, you’ll need to allow 1-2 weeks for a site visit to measure your space and 1-2 weeks for our team to provide a quote on your bespoke garden building.

    Lead times from this point onwards vary dependent on availability, however typical build takes 5-15days maximum, with this time being spent on site, from ground works to clean down and commissioning.

  • Our garden buildings start from £14,000.

  • Bromic heaters can withstand weather conditions, but they are not waterproof. The weatherproofing conditions of each heater will vary by model, but for those designed to be used outdoors, it is important to take good care of them to extend its lifespan. It's recommended to cover the heater when not in use or store it under cover when the gas bottle is removed.Our garden buildings are made from insulated timber frames with a choice of internal and external finishes. Internally, the garden buildings can be plastered and painted and/or can be finished using timber and composite. Externally, you’ll have the choice of cladding, softwood timber, hardwood timber, composite. You’ll also have the choice of UPVC double glazed windows and doors or aluminium.

  • All our garden buildings are built bespoke to the millimetre to suit your garden and your needs.

  • Our garden buildings are built bespoke by Walker Landscape & Design, with no third party involvement.

  • Yes, we can install electric into your garden building.

  • Our garden buildings come with electric wi-fi radiators as standard. Full heating and even underfloor heating can be added if required. It is also possible to install full working bathrooms, toilets, changing rooms for pools etc.

  • Usually, garden buildings fall under permitted development if the roof structure stays below 2.5m in total height, which ours do. We design our garden buildings with flat rubber roofs, to maximise the internal height space.

  • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer financing for our garden buildings.
