    Luxurious outdoor entertaining

This outdoor space boasts an automated pergola for shelter in all weather, plus a premium outdoor TV

This client and their young family wanted a garden transformation that would allow them to enjoy their countryside views. They wanted to update their entrance gates, driveway and paving, as well as the addition of an outdoor entertainment space, but wanted these new features to still be in-keeping with their more traditional style property in the Cheshire countryside.

We started with new automated gates to the property, where we ran power and data cables to in order to provide an intercom system. We also added new hedging around the property and turfing to the front of the property.

A new gravel driveway with eco-grid mesh and planting were also added to the front of this property in Tattenhall.  Throughout the outdoor space we laid London Stone Porcelain paving in light grey. This was broken up with London Stone Dorset Antique clay pavers on the edge of pathways and in areas such as the courtyard. This created a fantastic finish that suited this home perfectly.

The highlight of this project has to the be the outdoor entertaining space. We started with the outdoor kitchen and the client soon added this automated electric pergola with LED lighting and infared heating to the design.

The pergola is a great addition, allowing this family to enjoy their entertainment space no matter the weather, and with a hidden drainage system in place they simply need to use the remote control to close the louvres should the weather take a turn.

To make the most of the gorgeous views of countryside and livestock, we ensured all countertops in this outdoor kitchen were kept low, plus we did not feel the need to add a feature wall as it may obstruct from this lovely view. The outdoor kitchen itself has been fully equipped, with a Bull mains has powered grill, outdoor rated fridge, Kamado style BBQ, DeliVita pizza oven, sink, ice well and bar stools - the perfect space for entertaining with friends.

Another wonderful addition to this entertaining space is the recessed outdoor TV. We used Millboard composite cladding for a modern and weatherproof finish - although not neccessary as the outdoor TV is waterproof. This outdoor TV has been connected to the Sky from inside their home, allowing this family to enjoy all their favourite TV and movies outdoors.
