Step 1: Consultation
Following your form submission on our website, we will give you a call to arrange a telephone/zoom consultation, with the objective of getting to know you and your project idea. We will use this opportunity to assess your requirements and to see how best to design your landscaping project.
Step 2: Site Visit
We will visit your property to complete a site survey to gather crucial information such as measurements. We can then focus on a face-to-face consultation to discuss your ideas in further detail, with the opportunity to answer any of your questions you may have.
Step 3: Design
Now that we have met and have an outline for what you would like to achieve with the space, we will get to work creating a plan for your landscaping project, including the outdoor living brands that we feel will add the finishing touches and complete your brief. Revisions can be made to the design during our design meetings at our showroom. There will be a design meeting where you can have product demonstrations and choose samples at from our show garden and showroom, we can also be delivered.
Step 4: Quote
We will provide an expertly detailed and itemised quotation for your consideration. The itemisation facilitates the best decision making process, as you can use this as your luxury outdoor shopping list, picking and choosing the items that you want. Various options for materials can also be detailed, in case you haven’t quite made your mind up yet.
Step 5: The Build
The time has come for our team to get busy transforming your garden! Working with the very best materials and brands, we will create a luxurious and functional outdoor living space for your family to enjoy for years to come. We manage the project from start to finish, with our in-house team looking after everything from groundworks to BBQ installation. You won’t have to worry about any aspect of the job with our expert team on site.
